Tasting day of Iberian Ham ‘Señorío de Montanera’, by the hand of the ham master, Ramón Romero.

Tasting menu:

• Iberian ham bonbon filled with dates, nuts and cream cheese
• Iberian ham table ‘Señorío de Montanera’
• Cherry tomato salad, fresh goat cheese and Iberian ham
• La Santa prawn´s  carpaccio with Iberian ham shavings
• Pan Tumaca (toasted bread with tomato and olive oil)
• Natural mushrooms stuffed with Iberian ham, au gratin with smoked goat cheese
• Steamed prawns wrapped in Iberian ham
• Fresh vieja loin with Iberian ham on a bed of potatoes
• Iberian grilled secret with Iberian ham shavings and mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes
